Leadership Coaching

We currently offer two civic leadership coaching programs to help leaders hone their leadership skills as they work towards creating prosperity in their local communities. The programs are: Social Cred Table and Civic Leadership Promise Blueprint. 

Social Cred Table. 

Are you new to Prosperity Oasis? This program is an opportunity for you to assess your social impact credibility and coaching fit with us without a long-term commitment. It's ideal for emerging community leaders, leaders in new positions, and politicians seeking to build good will and visibility with their constituents. 

Civic Leadership Promise Blueprint. 

Do you desire to create a positive legacy in your community, but are struggling to deliver on your promises? This program is an opportunity for you to co-design a solutions-focused, social impact leadership coaching experience. It's ideal follow-on program for Social Cred Table participants, civic leaders and/or teams seeking to build their power skills to overcome workplace-related challenges.
